i just bought a new graphics card, a radeon 480 nitro, and when i play certain games the graphics will change to a much lighter shade then back again. does my psu not have enough power? i have a corsair 650 watt bronze psu. i am running a windows 10 pc.

Take back and replace AMD card with an Nvidia card and try again. Please share the results. Your $200 for the nitro 480 is probably better spent elsewhere, especially if you can spring in another $50 or so.

i've already been using the radeon card, i don't think i can still return it. it might be my motherboard that has problems, it is not new, and it is only a pci express 2. is there any other components in my pc that could cause issues like changing color? my pc has been haveing memory problems, i dont know if that means anything.

Yes memory can certainly be an issue when gaming. I don't know how much you have in your system, but you can try running it with just one stick, if it's enough ram to power your games, and see if it has the same problems. But usually with a RAM problem, the computer won't boot at all. The 480 nitro only consumes a maximum 360 watts on a strong overclock, so I doubt it's your psu. AMD recommends a 500+ watt psu so you should be fine. If the RAM idea doesn't work, maybe consider RMAing the graphics card. They are all built cheaply, and bad cards are common. I had to RMA an EVGA gtx 780 sc the first day i bought it.

Also, how would you know there was a problem with your card unless you used it. Returns and RMA's directly to the company under warranty has become commonplace.
