Orange dram light C6H X370 motherboard

My F4-3200C14D-16GTZR ddr4 ram wont work on my crosshair 6 hero motherboard (1800x cpu). I have seen so many posts saying this ram works but mine just gives me the orange dram light on the motherboard when I start up.

All I have tried is updating the bios and dont know if I need to do anything else. (I am new to computer building)

Yes, to update the BIOS is possible to solve the RAM problem. You can use the asus "USB BIOS Flashback" feature.

All you need: download the BIOS, rename it, and put it into the USB, you need format the USB. And remove any hardware, like cpu, RAM, HDD, only connect the PSU into the MB.
