Hey guys, I got brand new computer parts of my friend he disnt need them anymore the computer was working 100% before an accident happened.

I was in the bios overclocking the computer while I went to the toilet ans my little daughter mustve pushed some buttons on the keyboard while i was away, i came back and computer was switched off. I tried turning it back on but no luck. After reading on forums i thought maybe she ramped up the voltage or frequency in the settings or something like that. So I took out CMOS held it out for 5 minutes, touch the other side of the battery to discharge and put it back in.
Now the computer turns on buts its on black screen and cant get into bios. Or anywhere else.

I tried touching pins with srew driver for 5 seconds and turn on dont work. (Power was off while doing that.)
I tried turning on without GPU, tried different GPU, and in different GPU socket, tried DVI and VGA connectios. All the fans spinning but black screen.

Tried running dual boot (turning off pc , turning on an holding power button till turns off by its self, another method holding power and reset button) dont work.

Tried running with GPU and no harddrives connected to check if its windows problem still nothing.

Could anyone help me out try giving me something else to try to fix, i have 2 days of work and i have time.

Pc specs
Psu corsair tx650
Amd radeon rx 470 4g
Tried with gtx 460
Amd 8370
Mobo gigabyte 990x

I can add that I tried connecting keyboard and mouse into all usb sockets there is no lights on keyboard or no power on the mouse aswell. A big chance that the motherboard died?

Also no beeps when turning on the computer
