Hello, I recently purchased a factory overclocked RX570 from Asus Strix. It works great, and I have improved performance than my previous R9 270X, but about every 10 - 40 minutes (It happens at a very varied amount of time intervals) I recieve a flash on my screen consisting of multiple colors, which fades away in pretty much a millisecond. Though, I believe it may be my power supply (500B EVGA) or my TV, which runs at 720p and may have an older HDMI than the HDMI that the card is outputting. (I am pretty sure the TV is HDMI 1._, and the card is 2.0 or 2.1)

It's a pretty high end cable, costed me around $20, and I made sure that there is no damage and both ends are plugged in correctly. This has never occured until after I installed my graphics card.

Okay, update on the situation, I just opened up my computer and re-installed the graphics card to verify that it is correctly plugged into the PCI-E slot, and the PCI-E 4-pin power connector is also fully plugged into it. I have rebooted my computer (normally), and will now test it with the things I do on a daily basis to see of the colored stripes persist to pop up at random intervals.

4 pin connector??? I thought the card is using 6 or 8 pin. 4+4 is for the cpu.

@EliteJcoombs

Hey, you mind sharing the bios on that asus rx570? You can dump and submit it using gpu-z: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

Thanks and good luck!

I am using just HDMI, and the cord is fine, I checked with other cords and all, and I am using the factory clock, it happens at the gaming, silent, and overclock modes that you can select, and it happens less when I game rather than when I am sitting on my desktop.

It happens most when I run small applications.

Update: Would it be possible that these small glitches occur due to the card outputting a higher version of HDMI than the HDMI cords and TV I have support? I am going to try and get a DVI to VGA adapter and hook up my old monitor to see of the result of the issue is the card, wish me luck
