Help building a 650EUR/700USD Gaming PC

Hello,

Let me make you a question, if someone gave you today 700USD/650EUR what Gaming PC would you build?

I want to build one, but, as more as i ask to experts, more doubts i have.. :(

It's a bit over budget, but getting the prices over there isnt' the best. I will include one that is just under budget, and one that is just over. The difference is the processor. The i5 would out perform the i3, but the i3 is sitll playable if that is all that matters. Also with the i3 build, I gave you the RX 580. the 570 is not a bad card, but obviously the 580 will perform better with no overclocking needed. So the choice is yours:

Thanks for the support, call me dumb but should i be using a Motherboard B250M or B270M? once again, too many reasearch..

Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard this one i can't fin anywhere here in Portugal :(
