i would like to upgrade my computer cuz i cant play games like prototype 2, nba2k17,dota2 etc..
your help is much appreciated

processor- AMD A6-6400K APU WITH RADEON(TM) HD GRAPHICS 3.9GHZ
mobo - GA-F2A68HM-S1

Solution
I can see a gtx 750ti on pcpartpicker for $89.00 I certainly wouldn't buy anything less as that card is getting old now, but it will let you play all the games you...

As for just buying the apu sorry to say you should of done your research about what games you can play before buying.

Are you using only your APU as graphic processor? No wonder you can't play those :p

Well, first things first, how much are you willing to spend in a proper GPU? Wattage, brand and model of your current PSU? Resolution and refresh rate of your monitor?

After those have been answered, we can suggest the best GPU for you scenario.

He's probably not willing to spend much on it.

I'd recommend a GT 730 2GB DDR5, if you can find it at your price range, that's your best bet IMO.
Raising that budget to $80ish will be much easier to find a proper one tho.

Agree, its like you are wasting money if you just buy things without proper research

In all fairness that's not a gpu budget, 750ti would be the bare minimum for the little extra now will give a bit longer life span...

I'd agree with you if it was 1080p.

His monitor has a low res. so IMO the 730 is able to deliver just what he needs, the games he listed aren't very demanding, we cannot increase much more the GPU power 'cause it will me heavily bottlenecked by that APU. Not including that almost all 750Ti are way out of this budget too.

For a6 build? meh, budget is relative. a 750ti would not be ideal for his rig and on his budget. great card, but not for him

I agree with what you say but the apu with the 750ti would play modern games as well on lower settings and he could hook it up to a 1080p tv if he so wished, for that little bit more money I think he would get a better pc gaming experience.

Just go in Dynaquest or around Gilmore. Lazada's pc parts are expensive. sell your a6 and get i3, any 500php case would be fine(try rakk). get 2x4gb ram, 2nd hand harddrive and vs 450. dont get card now. just save for now. IGP of kabylake is great for dota2 and nba 2k17. save for a 1050ti
