Need help for configuration

Im going to buy a assembled PC with in 40k INR.. its for high gaming & graphic design work like logo making, photoshop editing. Video editing in premier pro. Help me out please.

First things first, I wouldn't have done my fair share if I didn't recommend you build your own. But if you must buy a pre-built PC, this is what I would do. I would buy something like a Dell tower with an i3-7100 for $399 (I've seen them on sale on their website), but I'm not sure if they sell them in your country.

And then I would buy a GTX 1050 Ti to put in it. Or maybe buy a power supply and a GTX 1060 or RX 470 for it.

*I'm looking on https://in.pcpartpicker.com/ (India) and power supplies are terribly overpriced. :(
