1080P 60 FPS best value GPU

Looking for the best value GPU. I have a I5 - 6500 if that helps at all and a 450 W psu. I want to play all the new releases with 60 fps at high settings. I did my research before asking here but got mixed opinions about the rx480 and gtx 1060 as well as the new 500 series . Thank you in advance

The RX 500 series is a refreshed RX 400 series. There are improvements that result in higher price/performance in the RX 500 series, but they're not really a new architecture. That being said, I recommend them when looking for a deal.

In terms of the GTX 1060, be aware that the 3GB version far less CUDA cores and is significantly less powerful. It's not just missing 3GB of VRAM, it's actually a less powerful card, which would be why it's cheaper.

450W PSU is not enough information. What is the make and model of your power supply?
