K620 is a fairly old entry level workstation GPU. GTX 650 type GPU if I recall correctly.

The other one doesn't have a GPU model listed, so hard to say. 4GB would indicate it is newer or just a larger Kepler card like the K2000 or something. Otherwise they are about the same, so go for whichever is cheaper.

Unless you have a specific need for a Quadro, then go for the 4GB one.
