Yes, that would be highly suspicious, especially from someone with 0 feedback.

The only way someone could have a real new-in-box i7-6700k for sale at that price would be as stolen goods that they needed to get rid of really fast.

Look how much feedback they have and at the last time they received feedback.
These are pretty good ways to tell that either it's a new account (zero feedback) or someone got their old account hacked (no recent feedback).

That why i no longer buy at Ebay. (They are unreliable - Few times i bought a book from sellers with max stars - The package never came and blames the delivery service)

I feel like that users with Max stars reviews had used many accounts to have it 5 stars.

Gotta say that after almost 200 transactions as buyer and seller I've had maybe 3 major issues that were all resolved by contacting the other party. If something is too good to be true, it probably is. Use common sense and you can save a lot of money on the site.

Unreliable service.
You probably made 200 transactions during the good numbers of people, but years after that it become unreliable so good luck.

Uhh nope it's 200 over the life of the account but I'm an active user and still buy/sell regularly. If anything is not as described contact eBay immediately and things get taken care of quick.

I have bought a fair amount of stuff on eBay over the past two years and all of my items eventually arrived, albeit some of it over the three months mark so by the time I received the item, I couldn't leave feedback. I got a refund on one of those item that still hadn't showed up near the three months mark, the seller sent me a replacement, then my original order arrived the next week - but it turned out to be defective, so the re-send ended up being my DOA replacement.
