Asus Crosshair Hero 6 X370 vs AsRock X370 Proffesional Gaming

These are the two I've narrowed it down to.
The AsRock and a 1700x is 590$, while with the Crosshair Hero 6 it's 515$.
It's because my MicroCenter has a deal with the Crosshair Hero 6.
So the Asus has more USB..
But for me, what really matters is:
Easy RAM compatibility.
Good OC.
Good WiFi/Ethernet

And the other things you would want in a Motherboard.

And, disregarding the cost. Which is better?
I'd like to hear which is better overall, and which is better for the price.
