I am looking on upgrading my motherboard and cpu. I decided which cpu and motherboard i want but i heard i had to reinstall software again once i do this. I am assuming that means windows. Is windows the only software i need to install once i replace my motherboard?

it is recommended that you reinstall everything. back up important files you may have on computer like .doc(x) .pdf .jpg .gif .txt etc
