Headset Audio Problems

So i have this headset and i let my little brother use my computer and now i can only hear sound of my right ear. My head set is in perfect condition.

My guess is that a setting was changed but i cannot find that setting.

If this is a setting issue, try this: Right click on the speaker icon in the taskbar, then select sound. Select the playback tab, double click on speakers, select level tab in speaker properties click on balance. Now adjust the sliders. I doubt your little brother could get to that though, he may have just broken the audio port. Word of advice: Never let children touch your PC.

i believe the p12 is usb though (at least for audio, mic may be 3.5mm) which goes against it being a port issue on the pc. if it was a port, it would be on the usb soundcard included.

as far as settings, do check your l/r balance and make sure that your sound settings are set correctly. this is likely 2.0 stereo.

as a double check, does it work fine on another pc or with another source?
