Advice on a first-time PC build

Hiya, I am new to the forum but would really appreciate some help with the parts list for a gaming PC that I am building. This is my first build so I need a lot of help.
Here are the parts I am looking at.

If there are any poor parts in here or ways that I can cut costs in this build please let me know!

Any advice for building this or on the parts I could/should use instead is really appreciated!

My budget is around 800 USD, a little more or less is no big deal.

Ryzen is a better choice atm over an i5 due to the extra threads and recently improved performance over launch results.

CXM is a low quality PSU

It's the updated black label version, you're thinking of the older series, these are high quality units.
