I'm wondering what power supply would be healthy for my build setup, so I'd appreciate the help!

You can do way better for that list.
H270 is extremely poor value, get a B250 board instead if going Intel, you also don't really need an SSD at that price point.
Ryzen has also improved in gaming performance as of an update released today, and is a better choice over the i5, especially given the extra threads.
I've chosen to go for the extra CPU performance in the 1600X, but if you want an SSD now rather than later, get the 1500X and the SP550 240GB.
