Where should i connect the cpu fan of Deepcool Captain 240EX AIO on my motherboard ..
In the description of the motherboard there is a connector called "AIO PUMP Fan", whether it can be connected on the port or on the port called "CPU Fan" .. I am confused .. please me the masters ..

The board should have a 4-pin plug very near the CPU socket, probably above it, possibly labeled CPU_FAN or along those lines. This is where your pump will plug into, given your AIO has the pump within the head of the heatsink/cooling head. Once that is plugged in, make sure your 240mm radiator is set up where you would like it, and plug in the two 120mm fans into their respective PWM. Make sure the loop is kinkless and crank up the system.
