My computer is seriously not matching benchmarks in Overwatch! I'm looking at a whole bunch of benchmarks for basically the same computer that I have and my computer is critically lacking performance.

I'm also running Windows 10 64 bit
People are getting 60+ fps on epic with the same specs and I'm getting 21 fps on low. I know that I'm using dedicated graphics and not integrated and all my drivers are updated. I'm able to get 150 fps on the menu (Sometimes 200) but get 18-21 fps when I start to battle. What is wrong?!? Please help.
