A8 7600 is a very good apu. Just make sure you run two sticks of ram because the processor is a quadcore in two blocks, each block will be paired to one stick, so dual channel ram is a must and they must be 2133mhz for better performance.
In dota 2 you will get 30-40 fps in 900p all in high.
