They are both pretty low-end compared to some cards that don't cost much money though so unless your budget is really low I'd look at something else.

The 250 is better, no doubt of that. It is a fair point though that depending on the game, 'better' can actually be irrelevant. What if a card gets you 15fps and the other gets you 27fps, you could say the second card is better, even twice as powerful but neither card is hitting 30fps.
