EZ Debug LED CPU

I'm having a problem with my newly build pc: I have everything installed but when I turn my pc on the Debug LED for the cpu lights up and my monitor receives no signal. But all the fans and LEDs do work. I've tried one ram stick, CMOS reset etc. My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 and my motherboard is the MSI B350 Tomahawk. I don't have any other components since this is my very first build, so no replacing stuff.
Could it be my CPU, Motherboard or PSU?

(When I plug my keyboard and mouse into the USB ports of my motherboard they don't even light up.

I had to reseat my CPU, i pushed it a little harder than before, and it worked! Now my pc is running like a baby. Dont know if this will work for you.
