I turn computer on, wait little bit and screen turns like this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rg10VuY2iR0

What is happening in here?

This specially happens everytime I log in and it regonizes G-Sync Screen.

Specs:
Windows 10
Asus Z170 Sabertooth Mark 1
i7-6700K
2x 8GB 2133mhz DDR4
RM650 PSU
500GB 960 m.2
250GB 840 evo
1TB HDD

378.92 Drivers on GPU.

Solution
uninstall the nvidia drivers with ddu uninstaller and freshly install the latest drivers from nvidia.com

run malwarebytes

check with another monitor and cable
eventually the monitor could be updated with newer firmware?
which one is it and how did you connect it

Basically your card its artifacting is what is happening

try turn off the g-sync and see what happens
try reinstalling your driver
try an older driver.
you can try to underclock it to see if it fixes it, if it does I would send it back for an rma

you removed the 1080 card and tried a different 1 and got the same results?
then its not the card.

it looks like your cpu is putting random bytes of memory to the screen mem allocation area.
so if you have your cpu oc'd then turn it down.
check your ram is running at the correct speed and isnt being auto oc'd
if that all looks fine then drivers and o.s corruption would be my next guess.

It's at RMA already, and they are saying that 1080ti is fine
