Left arrow key doesnt work, but Win+left works

My left arrow key doesnt work when only pushed by itself.
However, when pressing ctrl+left or win+left, it works fine?

Nope none of those work
I figured out that it works in bios and before I log in
When I log in
It works until that "windows has discovered new hardware" noise
Then it doesn't work
