Everything but the GPU is in... Should I wait?

I have a GTX770 in my last build that I could throw in the new build until my 1080ti arrives. However, I'm afraid to install one NVidia card, then install another in a few days. Windows 10 + Nvidia Drivers are strange bedfellows as it is...

This *could* be a pristine build with all new parts and no "ghosts of components (or operating systems) past" bogging down the beast.

Is this a legitimate concern?

I agree. I think modern Nvidia drivers might even support both those cards? Check what drivers are needed for each card, it might be the same!

Thanks Max1s. I Went to NVidia's site, searched for each, and I'll be darned if they aren't the same. Plus, I'm old. I say things like "I'll be darned".
