ram failure? 515mb usage shown as 51% of an 8gb system

hi, im running 8gb of ram , in task manager, when i look at the memory usage, its showing 515mb usage as 51% of my pcs max :s

im finding the pc is running way slower now, anyone able to suggest anything?

corsair lpx ddr4 8gb
intel skylake i5
nvidia gtx 950 2gb

If you can get info on the motherboard you are running, that'd be a great help.

Nothing is really wrong with your computer.

Try switching the memory into positions 1+3 or 2+4, maybe the slots aren't detecting ram.
