I'm not pretty good at selecting parts and got into many questions with my build
The questions i want to know is
1. is this good enough to play some really good games on decent settings and fps?
2. Do i need a cooler like the 212 evo or is the stock cooler good enough for gaming?
3. I'm planing to upgrade it by the end of the year or early 2018 (for an i5 7600k, gtx 1070/1080 and other stuff) so is it better to go for a z270 mobo now or when I'm upgrading (I'll be having enough to buy a new mobo too)

Please do recommend me if there are any parts worth changing.
and thanks for the help :)

Solution
You must change your PSU to a Seasonic S12II 520w. And the stock cooler will be fine for G4560. This rig can handle modern games from low to mid grphics. It will be better if you get the Z270 mobo now so that you can save some bucks for other parts like SSD and HHD, etc. But its your personal preference.
