You will have to look inside your case to see if it will fit. The GPU, even though it's LP it's still dual-slot. You could take a picture of the inside of your case and share it here.

But I can't say for sure about the power supply. Here's a 400W power supply that you could upgrade to. https://www.amazon.com/Power-Supply-Upgrade-Optiplex-7GC81/dp/B017YN37RS

I have a dell optiplex 980 sff with a core i5 and 8gb of ram and only a 235 power supply would a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 be fine with my 235 power supply and be good for gaming also fit in my case
