Xeon E5450 vs Xeon x5450.which one is better?

E5450 is 80w TDP with Tcase 67*c while X5450 is 120w TDP with Tcase 63*c

Other then that they are exactly the same. With that being said I would take the E5450 since it has a lower TDP and a higher Tcase
