Hello,
I have built a new computer, and as you can see with the title, things aren't so well.
I tried following the steps from the troubleshooting thread, without any success.
The problem is always the same, with only CPU and RAM plugged in and the mobo outside, or with the whole build.

Everything is powering up, all the fans work, leds light up, and the diagnostic leds show that CPU, RAM and VGA are ok. But I don't have any video output, from the integrated graphics or from the GPU. I don't have any power on USB either.
I don't have a system speaker, but I guess the diagnostic leds already give some information.

Here is my build:

Case : be quiet! Silent Base 800
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power 10 600W CM 80PLUS Gold
Mobo: MSI B150 GAMING M3
RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX Series Low Profile 8 Go (2x 4 Go) DDR4 2133 MHz CL13
CPU: Intel Core i5-7400 (3.0 GHz)
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
Hello... by "default" your MB BIO's will boot to the CPU/IGT... remove the Video card and plug monitor into the MB video outputs for/on next Boot... after that you need to change the "peripheral" setting "Pcie" (save&exit) in the BIO's to use the GPU on next boot.
