Hi. So I will be water cooling a 6950x and two Titan X pascals. I won't be overclocking. I want a silent solution. Should I mount a 360 rad on front, and a 140 rad on the rear, and seal the top with moduvent for silence, and keep fans around 800rpm? Is this enough cooling or I have to go dual 360 rad?

Solution
For that build, the minimum I would use is just a 360 on the front. It would be warm and audible, though.

For silence, consider using a slim 360 on the top, and run the water to that first. From the top 360, run it to a thick 360 on the front. This design will blow the hottest air out of the case, and the air from the front 360 will still be cool enough to keep the rest of your components cool.

It's worth mentioning that I'm order for that to work properly, you'd have to turn the pump speed down to the lowest level that gives you the temps you want. If you run too much flow, you'll end up heating the intake air more than necessary.

If you run the top fans at about 400 RPM, it will be very quiet even with the top open.
