Does low profile matter?

That link is to one card, but from context I guess you're looking at the MSI? One is a 4gb card and the other is 2gb. I'd advise getting the 2gb. The reason is this is a budget level card, so it's very unlikely that a game where you need 4gb vram is going to run good enough on a 460 to justify the extra cost. If you wanted to spend the money on a 4gb card, a 1050 Ti would be preferable if you can't afford a 470.

The 'low profile' part is just the physical design. It's smaller, so fits in smaller spaces. It won't change anything as far as game performance goes.

Yes, there is a difference but almost unnoticable. For the price the gigabyte card would be the best. if you're wiling to cash out on the MSI card then you might as well get an RX 470 instead. But short answer: not noticable enough to be worth so much more. I say og gigabyte.
