(TL;DR I want to replace a graphics card. I now have a DDR3 one. I want a one that is GDDR5. What does that mean?)

Hi. Im going to replace my GeForce GT-730 graphics card and a 350w Power supply, with a EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 GAMING, 2GB GDDR5 and a Apevia ATX-VS450W 450W Power Supply. The GT 730 I have, is DDR3 memory. The graphics card I want to replace it with, is GDDR5 memory. What does that mean? I'm new to the insides of PC's.

(I have a pre-built PC, and this is the one.)

DDR3 and GDDR5 are the types of GRAM (graphics random-access memory) used in the graphics card, I don't want to get you confused with the diffrences since you're new so I'm going to say you shouden't really worry about it since most newer graphics cards use GDDR5 anyway.

When buying a new graphics card, you should only look if your power supply is big enough (which you already have) and if it's going to fit inside your case.
