GTX 1070 with i5 4690k

Hello i just bought my msi gtx 1070 8g gaming x and my gpu usage is always around 50% and my cpu usage is 100% all the time when playing games, does anyone know how to fix this?
pc specs:
MSI GTX 1070 8G GAMING X
I5 4690K 3.50 GHz
600 psu
windows 10 64 bit
2x 4gb 1333

See if there are running background processes which may consume alot cpu power. OC your cpu to minimize the bottleneck if your mobo supports oc-ing.

No, there is no big difference between 1333 and 1600 mhz ram. How much cpu usage you measure when just looking at desktop?
