Hey everyone I'm completely new to the PC Gaming scene and have no idea how to start. A full all around build including a monitor would be greatly appreciated! My budget is between 600-1000 CAN if that's any help. Thank you in advance.

So I bought it up to a 7500, which is clocked at 3.4 ghz and has 4 physical cores. Also gave you 16GB. I threw in a SSD for faster load and boot times. This will also help with read/write speeds (especially with USB 3 devices).

If load/boot times is not important, then you can save $120 and remove the SSD. But this should be able to run that game, and any other game on high/ultra settings on 1080p. Looking at about 40-60 FPS..depending on the monitor.

CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($261.98 @ DirectCanada)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($99.50 @ Vuugo)
Memory: Corsair...
Probably some overkill, but things can be changed out. If quality and graphics don't matter, then going with the 560 (or even 550!) will be just fine. That way you can save room for the monitor as well. But this is a starting point. Hell, the Pentium from skylake will work in this build to save you a few bucks.

Thinking about it now I can probably get a monitor for free from my brother so I'm willing to go up to 1100$ max for the build. The quality I am m looking for is to run Arma 3 for example on at least medium settings, nothing spectacular.

Switching to this would take you 7th gen and save you a few.
