So my current specs for my pc are.

CPU: AMD FX 4300
GPU: GTX 950
Memory 2x4 DDR4 2400
Motherboard: gigabyte 78lmt-s2p
PSU: ATNG ATM 600fb

I am deciding these 2 options for new builds.

Option 1: Cheaper Option

CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU rx 570 or 580
Motherboard: Same mother Board
Memory: same memory
PSU: Corsair CX550m

Option 2: More expensive

CPU: Ryzen 5 1500x
GPU: Same GPU (gtx 950)
Motherboard: MSI b350 gaming pro
PSU: Corsair CX550m
Memory: 2x4 DDR4 3200

The first option would be a lot cheaper for me because I know how to install a CPU and GPU. the second option would be more expensive because I have never replaced a motherboard so I would need to go to a pc repair shop.

Which option should I choose or should I do something entirely different?

Solution
Option 2 - build it yourself. If you can switch out a GPU and CPU, you can put a whole build together.

FX is dead, much better options all around.

Ok what do I do about backing up my files? I don't have anything important to back up.
