Ok so i am attempting again to push my old CPU a little further then i did before. I saw suggestions for 4.5 ghz overclock but then i found out my old motherboard the ASrock Gen 3 extreme 3 not only had ram presets for overclocks but also CPU presets as well. Sadly not 4.5 ghz so i decided to go with the 4.6ghz preset. I am now testing it but i am curious about the voltage after a couple benchmarks its holding at 1.404 to 1.416. I saw numbers not as high as this suggested. But doesn't appear to be an issue. Is this something i should worry about or maybe i'm just lucky it seems to be fine for now? silicon lottery winner?
