I seem to be having the same problem as everyone else. my unit was brand new worked for a week and then stopped. My wife been asking to get information off the piece of crap no joy. It is in a case and never been mishandled.
Seems now to get the files it has to go to a computor shop and pay to retrieve information.
I will not be buying another one of these. This is the second one i have. the first one i took back after a day it failed.this is the second one.
