How important is clock speed in two cards that seem identical otherwise?

I'm thinking of buying a Gigabyte AORUS Radeon RX 570 or a Gigabyte Radeon RX 570. The two seem pretty much identical other than the clock speed and i'm wondering how much of an impact the 40mHz difference would make if they are otherwise the same.

You wouldnt see any massive difference, especially considering you could probably OC either card to match.
