Does this motherboard work with my system?

specs-
Ram-Dell 8gb 1600mhz some random ram i don't know
Gpu-evga 1050 ti sc gaming 4gb
power supply-300w power supply
cpu-i3 4170(intel intergrated 4400hd graphics)
Harddrive-1tb hardrive
Computer - Inspiron 3847

The motherboard that i want is MSI H81M-P33 LGA 1150 Intel H81 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard and idk if this will work with my system. im trying to get a new motherboard cuz the dell motherboard i had on my computer wasn't compatible with my gpu.
So ill ask again will the motherboard work for my system i have.
Also another question do i have to reactivate window? By the way my computer was window 10 64 bit when it was new.
 
Solution
1) Dells often use propreitery connectors so often third party boards and power supplies dont work.
You will need to check 24 pin power cable, front pannel button and front panel usb/audio connectors to make sure they follow ATX standard.

2) Z series SLI board is massive overkill for your system, and its not like your stock case will even support cooling for SLI.
A B85 would be completley sufficent as long as it has a bios update to support 10xx NVIDIA cards.

3) You can set windows to login with your microsoft account and then you can transfer license to your new motherboard

FYI this is why it is never fully works out to try to turn a generic OEM pc into a gaming PC.
