IS this sound card compatible with this Mobo?

Hey There,

I am trying to find out if this sound card will work in the PCI E 1X 2.0 slot on my mobo.

Creative Sound Blaster
Asus B85M-G 2.0

It just says PCI E 1X on the specs for the sound card. Nothing about 2.0 or 3.0. How do i know if it will work with mine?

Just go ahead and buy the sound blaster card, also please link the sound blaster card you want.
2.0 and 3.0 is referring to pci e 16x so there is nothing to be afraid of.
Unless the os you use doesn't support the card or the card itself is dated enough not to work with newer window os.
