I'm at my wit's end here guys.
I'm on Windows 10 @ 4k with a GTX 1080ti.
I'm on an LG 55" 4k TV.
Many programs and games will not open correctly:
and
I have spent HOURS messing with Windows 10 Scaling and resolution settings, and even more hours in Nvidia Control Panel.
I've been throughout Google and other forums, no one has helped.
