Is this a good build and will everything work

you don't require the cooler . i suggest getting a getting a better psu . also invest in 2 sticks of ram rather than 1 x 8gb... 2x4gb will be better if you run into any problems and the system will not boot for any reason. testing ram is one of the most basic troubleshooting steps.. and with just 1 stick you'll not be able to do that .

what are you using this for?

-i can't see you needing an i7 with a gtx 1050 ti. if this is for gaming, an i5 with a 1070 would blow that out of the water.
-why are you buing 6th gen intel when 7th gen is available?
-power supply is too low end. at least go with an evga b2 or b3 unit.
-kingston ssdnow drives would probably be my last choice. go with a samsung 850 evo. its more expensive but worth it. anything is better than the v300 really.
-the mobo will work, but i'd personally get something a little better.
-you don't need a cpu cooler. the one in the box that comes with it is fine.
-buying single sticks of ram is a no-no. always buy in pairs. 2x4gb, 2x8gb...

This would be the much better build- fast 6 core CPU, 16GB RAM, ~50% faster graphics card:

if the OP has their heart set on getting an i7 then they are always going to wonder what if when using an i5.

i think if you change the psu to the seasonic and swap the ssd for perhaps the Adata premier . this is actually a very good build . plus the OP would get to keep the original case choice .. which is always a plus haha
