What is the best used GPU under 70$ for my system, Please help.

-Intel DG41RQ Motherboard
-Intel Pentium e5800 CPU
-Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
-4 GB of DDR3 ram
-380 Bronze+ PSU
I would like to play games like Overwatch, CSGO, ect at low-medium settings at 40-60+ fps

I would spend the $15 to get a Q6600 if your motherboard supports it, those games are pretty CPU dependent. As far as GPUs go, look locally. You can probably find a GTX 670/760 or something assuming you have the power supply for it.
