Hi,
First build and I'm running into issues (already gone through 31 step guide).
Motherboard: MSI B350,
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600,
PSU: EVGA G1 650w.
The computer powers up and immediately the CPU warning light turns on. Everything has powered on, cpu and case fans, and gpu fan. The light will turn off after a couple of seconds, then come on again. It'll do that one or two more times until the boot failure light and the GPU failure light come on. I've tried it with and without the gpu (gtx 1060) in.
I've fully pulled out the motherboard a few times, checked the cpu pins (all good), and redid the thermal paste. I cleared CMOS with battery and by shorting.
