I am planning to buy a AMD A10 Processor and a compatible motherboard from AMAZON Global store, i already have a PSU which is compatible with 230v, is it safe to use imported hardware components (CPU, MB) from USA, in India?

Solution
As long as PSU has "Active PFC" that means it's automatically adaptable to voltages from 100vAC to 250vAC. Other ones with passive PFC mostly have a switch at the back to chose input voltage. Output voltages to computer components are same all over the world.

I am talking about voltage difference in USA and India. We use 230 v input in India, in USA it is 110 v .

Input voltage for PSU in USA is 110 v, in India it is 230 v....

Active and passive PFC have nothing with input voltage. Active PFC can have variable input voltage, but you can meet some that don't have it.
Only PSU is bound by input voltage, all other components uses voltage generated by PSU so it wont matter from where you buy as long as it is atx standard motherboard and compatible components.
