I built my son a pc to play elder scrolls:
I5 2400
R9 270x 4gb OC
4 gb Gskill ram
So we get it all set up ands try to play eso ands is glitching everywhere, I do the settings to medium take out shadows etc, better but still Random glitching when he runs or moves quick. I was under the understanding that this should play the game fine. Any help would b great
