I was wondering what the temperature range was for dual intel Xeon e5-2670 cpu at idle. I know max is 81c. My BIOS show they are running in the mid 40's but my software shows them in the mid 30's. My fans speeds are set to 4. My fans are a little loud. I want to turn down fan speeds but don't know what temperature is safe. Also can I trust software monitors for temperatures?

NVIDIA Geforce gtx 1080 graphics card
Dual Xeon e5-2670 cpu
with 4~120mm fan and 2~200mm fans
CPU Fans Are the thermal side ways fans ( don't remember name and size)
