Hello. I have a question. I'm really bad at these things , that's why i would like to ask can i use an AM3+ processor - amd fx 8350 , in my MS-7599 ver 1.2?

Solution
The h110s require a bios update to work with 7th gen cpu's, if it doesn't come with it(many don't) then it won't work.
Yes, you should replace that generic P4 PSU.

Depends on the game, for newer games none of them are going to be very good. On that old of a platform you'd be best served saving your money for a full cpu ,motherboard and ram upgrade.

Amm. I currently have msi gtx 750ti , a few gigs of RAM , the computer is used for gaming/presentatiions , and the budget for a new mobo and cpu should be around 250€

It's currently the king of the budget gaming cpus. It's more like an i3 since it has hyperthreading giving it the ability to process 4 threads.
