I'm looking to replace my aging case, since I have all new parts and I just want more space to be able to put more things in the case. I want a shroud to cable manage, and for question, should I use a semi or full modular PSU for good cable management?

Solution
Regarding the Semi/Full modularity, depend on what hardware are you going to use and how much watt/many connector does the PSU have.

For example:

In this config, a semi-modular PSU like the Corsair CXM is as good as a full modular one with regard to cable management, because the only cables you're going to use in this config are the ATX 24pins and the CPU 8pins; the two cables that are permanently affixed to this semi-modular PSU. No extra GPU 6/8pins, no extra Molex or SATA chains.

Now as to cases, in the sub $70 price range and with PSU shroud: the NZXT S340, Corsair 270R, Phanteks P400 or the Deepcool Dukase are your best choice.
