I have resolved so from BIOS 1.30: flash bios 1.40 with a bootable USB by renaming it "update". Then from the bios it recognizes the 2.50 automatically because utility appears.
All of the ways here I recommended did not work. I have a AB350 pro4.
Okay guys I figured out the solution. You need to get the DOS file, which is available online from either asking the support page (which takes about two to three day) or dl directly from another third party site like zippyshare. Then you need to dl Rufus. This program allows you to create a bootable USB drive from scratch. You will also need ASRflash.exe as well.. Run Rufus and select the Asrflash file as the bootable file then copy the exe Ab35g4.exe file to the disk.. when restarting to uefi boot from the usb drive. Then simply type "dir" to see the exact description of the update file. Type in th AB35G4~exe description then press enter to execute. This takes about.five minutes to execute and do not turn off the pc after hitting enter. After it is complete enter uefi and select laod defaults and then save and exit. Boom.your good.
