which is not 6gb. my memory clock is +0. what the f is going on? does gpu boost overclock memory too?

Afterburner is reporting the correct numbers. You have 6gb of vram running at 8012mhz. Afterburner reports 4006mhz but it is DDR memory so the actually effective clock speed is 8012mhz. The +0 memory clock slide means you are running at the default 8ghz clock speed. If you changed it to +250 you would be running at 8.5ghz.

but i thought memory was ram. or in this case vram. so i have 6gb of vram and 8ghz of memory?

doesn't memory store all the textures and gpu information? doesn't vram store all the textures and gpu information? aren't they the same thing?
